"Graffiti is a blighting influence on our city that negatively impacts our business districts and neighborhoods."

My wife went to Rio and took some random pics of graffiti that she saw and was able to take photos of with out feeling in danger. Apparently, Rio is a fairly dangerous place. She said that most of the pieces that she saw were way better than these, but she didn't want her camera to get jacked.

I went to Wichita for the first time this weekend to see some bands at ICT Fest. I was walking around the old town in the downtown area with the people I went down with, and I stumbled upon this wall. This was taken on Douglas I think, near a bar called "The Anchor" at a tatoo joint named "The Electric Chair"

This was the first major wall that I had the opportunity to take pictures of in KC. Some pretty good tags and such here, but I would have loved to seen the previous layer of paint before these were done.
